Hi This is Evangelist Anh Le, welcome to the
Real Life Radio Show, and we are going to talk to Real People, who had
real problems, but found answers in a Real God. Lately, we have been talking about whether or not you can be a true Christian while partying and doing
drugs. Surprisingly, many young and even older people claim to be
Christians, yet their lives don't match that of their faith profession.
It is more common than you think, as it is estimated that 1.2 billion
Christians are nominal non practicing Christians, but still identify as
being Christian. In our last show, we had Rebekah Cauchi share with us of her being raised in a Christian family, that had good values, but then when she was 13, her parents divorced, and that changed the trajectory of her life, and she rebelled and sought for acceptance in other people, and started partying and smoking marijuana. She told us of how she felt afterwards knowing she was doing these things yet claiming to be a Christian at the same time, and what it really was like for her. Today, she is going to share of what it was that happened when she couldn't live that way anymore. Rebekah, welcome to the show.

Hi this is Evangelist Anh Le, welcome to the Real Life Radio Show, and we
are going to talk to Real People, who had real problems, but found
answers in a Real God. Today we will be talking about Christianity and the difference of a works based theology versus an understanding of God's grace and salvation. When people think of Christianity, it is easy to think, just a religion with a set of rules and regulations, where if you abide by, you can experience going to heaven. But does it really work like that? Today we will have Beverly Weaver, who grew up in a strict Christian family, but ended up with so many years of guilt due to having an abortion, divorce, and all types of issues in her life. She today is going to explain to us the reality of trying to do a works based Christian life, and how that changed for her. Beverly, welcome to the show.

Hi This is Evangelist Anh Le, welcome to the
Real Life Radio Show, and we are going to talk to Real People, who had
real problems, but found answers in a Real God. Recently, we have been talking
about the subtleness of sexual abuse, and how it occurs in what on the
outside looks like normal families, but in secret, something is going
on. Listener Discretion is advised, because what you are about to hear is
intended for mature audiences only. Sexual abuse to children is such an
evil, and really is orchestrated by the devil himself. And if you
don't believe a devil exists, and you think there is no right or wrong,
this story should change your mind. In our last show, Mark Sowersby
shared with us how his stepdad was repeatedly raping him throughout many years, and then started trafficking him to be used by other perverted men. He described how the trauma just numbed him inside, making him feel like he had no value, no purpose, and no way out. Then one day, he successfully told his mother, but she tried to tell her husband to stop, and instead of stopping, things only got worse. Mark is going to share with us what happened. Mark, welcome back to the show.

Hi This is Evangelist Anh Le, welcome to the
Real Life Radio Show, and we are going to talk to Real People, who had
real problems, but found answers in a Real God. Recently, we have been talking
about how evil spirits work in our society to pressure everyone to believe
that being evil is the way to live. And many who do evil are always
trying to convince those around them to do the same things that they are
doing. Why? There are sayings in our society that say "Eat, or be
eaten". Or, it is a "dog eat dog world out there. But the end
result? Evil behavior spreading upon our societies. In our last show, we had Jerard Spencer share with us how he grew up from a good family, where his mother was a Christian, and his dad was a strict dad who raised him with a lot of discipline and rules, so he grew up always desiring to be a good person and to stay out of trouble. However, trouble found him, and he was being targeted by 5 boys at school and was always getting harassed and jumped. He tried to avoid the trouble, he tried to stand up to them, but in the constant pressure of being jumped and beaten, he learned that being the good guy wasn't helping him at all, at least, that is what he was being convicted of. So he gave in, found some older guys who were living a lifestyle of drinking, parties, smoking weed, and fighting. He was going to be the one who didn't care anymore, and he gave into coping mechanisms to deal with pain inside. Today he is going to talk about how reckless his life became, when he ended up losing his own brother to this lifestyle. Jerard, welcome back to the show.

Hi This is Evangelist Anh Le, welcome to the
Real Life Radio Show, and we are going to talk to Real People, who had
real problems, but found answers in a Real God. Lately, we have been talking
about the demonic realm, and how that plays out in someone's life, and
what it looks like to be tormented by demons. I know I know, many
wonder if demons are just folklore, or fairy tales, maybe simply mental
illness. But according to scripture, demons are real beings that are
fallen angels that now are against God, his kingdom expanding, and they
want to kill, steal, and destroy in peoples lives. In our last show, Apisit
Ide Viriya, shared how he delved deeper into Buddhist teachings to try to alleviate his experiences with spirits, mental illness, anxiety, and depression. He was struggling so bad, and asking monks how to solve the issue. HIs answers only worsened his situation, as he was instructed to invite a spirit to share his merit with him, and it became like a nightmare. He shared with us how he eventually gave his life over to Jesus Christ, and he started on a new journey. Today, we are going to talk about that journey to see if it truly made a difference for him. Ide, welcome back to the show.

Real Life starts now.
Hi
This is Evangelist Anh Le, welcome to
the Real Life Radio Show, and we are going to talk to Real People, who had
real problems, but found answers in a Real God. Lately, we have been talking about the meaning of life, and the purpose of trying to be a good
person in your life. Now everyone you may talk to, if asked, they would
say life is very much about being a good person. Many times we can
associate being a good person would equivalate to living a good life.
But sometimes, we can come to a crossroads, and wonder what is the
purpose of doing all of that, and is it really fulfilling. In our last show, we had Churck Keels on our show share about his life. He had a great upbringing, had a Christian home, but he himself never really leaned on his family faith, and lived more on his own without any need for religious connection at all. He talked about how he was seeking fulfillment in success, and he got that success in business. He told us about how he got married, but then it fell apart, and he told us of his wild experiences going from date to date, but never finding fulfillment. And then he got a cancer diagnosis that shook him so much, that he began to wonder why he was always living a good life, and what the purpose of his life really was. Today he is going to tell us how he had an encounter with God that became the answer to so much in his life. Chuck Keels, welcome back to the show.

Hi this is Evangelist Anh Le, welcome to the Real Life Radio Show, and we
are going to talk to Real People, who had real problems, but found
answers in a Real God. Recently, we have been talking about mental health and how our thoughts and the way we think about life can guide us to life, or
even death. Positive thoughts are known to help your mental health. But what happens when our minds are plagued with negative thoughts that we just can't get out of our minds? Well, in our last show, we had Lisa Moreno share with us how she was born in a family where drug use was present, and she saw horrific things like her father nearly dying from an overdose right in front of her when she was a young child. She got into drugs herself, and was often tormented in her mind with constant negative thoughts that like haunted her. She dabbled into witchcraft that seemed to worsen her thought life. She called out to God, and received Christ into her life, but then nothing really happened, and only something horrible happened, is her husband cheated on her right in front of her. She came to a point of nearly committing suicide, but it was in that moment that she had a powerful vision from the Lord that changed her life forever. Today we are going to discover more what God did for Lisa to change her thought life. Lisa, welcome back to the show.

Hi this is Evangelist Anh Le, welcome to the Real Life Radio Show, and we
are going to talk to Real People, who had real problems, but found
answers in a Real God. Lately we have been talking about instant gratification,
and if living a lifestyle of going for whatever feels good is really a
good way to live or not. Now, our society is built upon instant
gratification. Everything is about getting it, and getting it now.
Which feels good at first, but is it really good for us? In our last show, we had Antonio Gonzales share with us how he grew up without his father, and never really had the father mentor in his life. He grew up with an intense desire to have fun and to party, and get his hands on whatever he could that would bring him that instant gratification. He told us how his lifestyle went from the parties, to the women, to the drugs and women, and he shared with us his growing addiction to ecstasy, but it wasn't enough. Today he is going to share more how this journey in his life began to wrap around him and choke the life from him. Antonio, welcome back to the show.

Hi this is Evangelist Anh Le, welcome to the Real Life Radio Show, and we are going to talk to Real People, who had real problems, but found answers in a
Real God. Lately, we have been talking about the differences in Buddhism vs.
Christianity, and comparing and contrasting them a little bit in order to
understand the differences, and why there are differences. Some people
believe that Buddhism, Christianity, and all religions are basically all
similar, and has simply evolved to certain cultures and areas. Others
say that they are too different to be seen as congruent. In our last show, we had Tony Tran, who grew up as a Buddhist in Vietnam, tell us of how he believed in Karma and Reincarnation as he was growing up. He told us how believing those things made him believe that his destiny is solely in his hands, and so he grew up with a lot of anxiety. He shared with us how he believed in karma, so he always sought to do good works, and to avoid bad works, in order to have a better life. He also was working hard to be good and to get more blessings from different Buddhas, in order to have a better chance at being someone rich in the next life because he believed in reincarnation. today, he is going to compare and contrast what he used to believe, and what he believes today, and why that happened that way. Tony, welcome to the show.
