A Panic Attack, in case you haven't heard of it, is where a person has an acute sudden onset of anxiety, and sudden shear fear takes over a person's body, where the person loses total control and usually, feels like they are going to die. We are going to be having Richard De La Mora who is a Pastor today, but before he knew Christ had paralyzing panic attacks and didn't know what to do about it.

His name is Ray Ciaramaglia (siarra maglia), who grew up with huge anger issues and was very violent in his life. Ultimately, it ended up where he lost control, and served the time due to losing control. He has a message to share of what he learned from his past.

Mental illness can be a very difficult thing for people to deal with in their lives, and 26% of Americans deal with mental illness at some time in their lives. Today on our show, we will have Millie Joy Radosti, who dealt with a lot of mental illness growing up as a child, and began cuttting herself and had thoughts of suicide as she grew up.
