With a desire to marry a woman and have an operation to change her sex, she soon found her self alone and thinking about suicide. Eventually she attended church with her partner. A guy contacted her and invited her to small group. Eventually she asked what she should do. He told her that she has to read the Bible and answer that question for her self.
Born a female, she thought that she should've been a male. She dated a guy, but she was attracted to females. She met a lady at work that shared a mutual attraction. She shared her hearts desire to marry her, and have an operation to change into a male. But in the 80's that kind of procedure wasn't easily available. Her relationship soon ends and she thinks about suicide. Thankfully someone pursued her with the Gospel, Good news of Jesus Christ.
It's amazing how God can use the pain that the enemy meant to destroy someone, to help others. A former raging drug addict, is now using his life story to help others. He ended up with Aids and in prison, he demanded that the guards give him a Bible to read to help him distract his mind from all the horrifying screaming. He read the Gospel of John and realized how God loved him. This started his journey to a new life in Christ, one with healing and relapses.
As a child he was abused by his dad, and sexually abused by some older men, he grew up to be very angry. He self medicated with drugs, alcohol, and prostitutes.
Living a life of drugs and using prostitutes, he ended up with HIV and in prison. In desperation to drown out the screaming, he asked the officers for a Bible. When he read the Gospel of John, he realized what God did for him. But his rage turned to God and he yelled at Him.
Chasing her dreams, she traveled to LA with little money to her name. Offered a place to stay in exchange for her body, she made a decision that would set her life on a trajectory that she would regret. She was trying to gain the world, in exchange for her soul. She found herself working as a stripper, to try to get ahead. But she ended up being trafficked.
She started stripping to try to get ahead of the bills. But she ended up abused, raped, and pimped out. She cried out to Jesus and her eyes were opened. Now she helps those who find themselves enslaved in this industry.
Jesus Christ came to save the lost. She has compassion on the hurting women in the sex industry and brings the gospel to them. A ministry that is badly needed and that can be done in your local area.
