In today's testimony, we are going to talk about a very serious subject, which is what goes on in the mind someone that wants to commit suicide? The reason why I want to talk about this because according to the world health organization, there are about 703,000 people a year that commit suicide around the world. It's not a pleasant subject to talk about, so listener discretion is advised. Have you ever wondered, what happens in the mind of someone who is contemplating suicide? Well, there are many reasons why someone commits suicide, But let me tell you this, all reasons are wrong, no matter how someone feels they should take their lives, it is always the wrong decision. To illustrate that, today, we will have a guest who was a criminal heading to prison, and he is going to open up about how he contemplated suicide and saw that there was no value to his life. Was going to spend all of his days locked up in prison, and so he would saw absolutely no value to his life. But today, he says that Jesus came into his life, saved him from a suicide attempt, and revealed his true purpose and calling, and his path was changed onto a good path. He is an older gentleman who talks about a story of his past, a life he almost terminated, and is going to warn us why not to do that no matter what.

self reliance. IN our last show, we had Brandy Ventimiglia, who told us how she became a huge overachiever, straight A personality, but grew up in a very dysfunctional home where she saw drugs on the table, and a lot of abuse in her life. She shared with us how she believed that with her high achievements in life, she would be able to escape from her past and make sure not to duplicate it. But then as she got older, she didn't have enough will power herself to feel truly fulfilled. In today's testimony we have been talking about the idea of Muslims giving their lives to Jesus Christ and becoming Christians. But how does this happen? Did you know there are certain countries where it is illegal to convert from being Muslim to Christian? Those countries are operating
out of Sharia law, which is a book of legal laws that are inspired by the Muslim faith. According to sharia law Muslims who apostatize the religion of Islam are by law supposed to be sentenced to death. Wow, who would convert right? Now we know that all over the world there are thousands of Muslims becoming Christians everywhere throughout the world. In our last show, we had Ramin Parsa tell us how he was a devout Shiite Muslim, and he was one day falsely accused of drinking alcohol at the age of 16 in a car, and he and his friends were brutally beaten by the Iranian police as a form of punishment. After this he began to question if God exists, and if so, who is He really. He then heard the gospel for the first time when he hacked and got satellite signal that the Iranian government normally blocks, and he didn't receive it. But after he heard another preacher through the same satellite channel talk about accepting Christ as Lord and Savior, he was moved to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and he described the amazing feeling of like 500 lbs. being lifted off his shoulders, and suddenly he experienced pure joy and love. It was so amazing, that later on he prayed for his mother to get physical healing, and she too came to Jesus Christ, though she was such a devout Muslim. Today he is going to share with us how this conversion to Christ changed his life greatly, as now his life was in danger from the Iranian government. Ramin, welcome back to the show.

In today's testimony we have been talking about the idea of Muslims giving their lives to Jesus Christ and becoming Christians. You are probably wondering, does this even happen? Well, yes it does, and a lot. Despite the countries that are trying to block that because of executing Sharia Law, which is Islamic law inspired by Islamic scriptures. According to Sharia law, it is illegal for any Muslim to apostatize their faith, meaning convert to any other religions, including Christianity, and the act of doing it is a death sentence. So you can see, people are giving their lives to Jesus at such a high risk, but people are still discovering the value of having Jesus Christ in their lives. In our last show, we had Ramin Parsa on our show telling us how he grew up in Iran as a devout Shiite Muslim, with a mother who was very devoted. He told us about being taught to get points to get to heaven, by trying to do good deeds, but no matter how he tried, he always felt guilty and not able to make it, causing him deep seeded fear. When he was 16, he was falsely accused by the police in Iran for drinking alcohol, and he and his friends were thrown into a jail area and flogged with a whip. After this experience, he began to wonder about the validity of his faith, and he ended up hearing the gospel through breaking through the firewall of the govt that blocks any/all Christian content from satellite, and he was able to hack through it, and he heard the gospel for the first time. He didn't understand, and rejected it. Today he is going to talk about his journey for discovering if there was a God, and who was He. Ramin, welcome back to the show.

Did you know there is a cycle of abuse? According to national statistics, 51% of people who were abused as children, also experienced some sort of abuse in their adulthood. Meaning that abuse from the past can taint the way we attract future abusers in the future. Today, we will have Becki Adams who unfortunately was sexually abused in her past, and then later on experienced so much heartache by going through one abusive relationship to the next, and seemed to attract abusers right on into adulthood. about whether there was a God or not. Most see atheists as sure on their own beliefs as zealots of a particular religion. But what would ever change the mind of an atheist when it comes to his or her faith? In our last show we had just that. Howard Storm was sharing how he
grew up in a religious family, but he rejected it later on in life and became a full blown atheist, and then became a college professor. But he described how he was in Paris, and his duodenum ruptured, leading to a moment where he died and had a supernatural spiritual experience and as he called out to Jesus, he was able to have a conversation with God and he asked many questions and had many answers come to him about his life personally. He is going to share what happened to him as he came back to life, and decided to follow this Jesus whom he met when he died.

In our last show we had just that. Howard Storm was sharing how he grew up in a religious family, but he rejected it later on in life and became a full blown atheist, and then became a college professor. He described how something sudden happened in his life, when he was taking students to Paris, and his duodenum ruptured, which is a part of the small intestine. As it ruptured, Howard became very ill, and it became an emergency situation where Howard was dying. The doctors couldn't get to him in time, and he died and had an experience where beings were taking him to the depths of hell, even though he never believed in that. In that time, he called upon the name of Jesus to save him, and that is exactly what happened. He is going to share with us more about what happened.
